Keeping Our Guests & Staff Safe

At Portsea Village Resort, our first priority is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our
guests, staff, and the wider community.
We are committed to providing a safe & clean hotel experience for our guests & staff.
The steps that we are taking to ensure the safety of our guests and staff are as follows:
Ensuring all staff are thoroughly briefed on hygiene, safety, and pandemic procedures and are kept
up to date with all circumstances.
Displaying the Service Victoria COVID-19 QR Codes for all those who visit the hotel to use for
temperature check, mandatory contact tracing, and also a manual alternative for those who
cannot use the COVID-19 QR Code.
We are following all guidelines set by the Victoria Government, this means we encourage social distancing
throughout the resort
Providing hand sanitiser in common areas such as reception and public spaces.
Our lobby and common facilities are being sanitised & cleaned more frequently.
Our complimentary housekeeping services provide fresh towels every 3rd days, with a full clean every 4 days
for weekly stays. Due to social distancing rules, housekeeping will not enter rooms that have guests present.
Guests can call reception to provide a time when they will be out of the room in order to have the room serviced.
If a guest chooses not to have their room serviced, clean towels and amenities will be left at the door.
Indoor pools, gym, sauna, squash and tennis courts must be booked at reception for
a 1 hour interval session.
We highly encourage you to practice good hygiene & keep a record of where you have been
when you are visiting the hotel.
